To get a list of all identity columns in a database, open a new query window and execute the following line of code:

-- Get all identity columns from the database
SELECT OBJECT_NAME([object_id]) AS [TableName]
        ,[name] AS [ColumnName]
        ,[seed_value]
        ,[last_value]
        ,[increment_value]
FROM [sys].[identity_columns]
