Get Date Without Time Component

The following script shows how to get a date value without the time component:

SELECT DATEADD(d,DATEDIFF(d,0,GETDATE()),0)     --' Today's date
SELECT DATEADD(d,DATEDIFF(d,0,GETDATE()),0) - 1 --' Yesterday's date
SELECT DATEADD(d,DATEDIFF(d,0,GETDATE()),0) + 1 --' Tomorrow's date
